The customer will provide approved English copy and images before development starts.
The design must work on current desktop and mobile versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
The agency must provide one design concept and four rounds of consolidated design revisions.
The site must include page titles, meta descriptions, and a sitemap.
The customer must approve the page designs before development begins.
The agency must provide a sixty minute handover session after launch.
Ongoing maintenance, multilingual content, and a customer login area are outside this brief.

Timing
The customer wants the site ready for review within three weeks of receiving the approved content.

Acceptance
All seven agreed pages must be present and their navigation links must work.
The contact form must reject an invalid email address and a blank message.
The approved designs must be implemented at desktop and mobile widths.
A valid contact form submission must create one CRM lead with the submitted service interest.

Open questions
The customer has not identified the CRM product, API access, field mapping, or sandbox account.
The customer has not selected a form delivery service or hosting provider.
The customer has not specified a measurable page performance target.

Commercial assumptions
The extra pages, revision rounds, CRM connection, shorter review window, and longer handover are proposed changes.
Budget, hourly rate, estimated hours, tax treatment, and final delivery date must be agreed separately.
